The concept for this exciting and effective natural range of products is the work of Susan George who, together with a highly qualified team of veterinarians, pharmacists and aromatherapists, extensively researched and developed the Susan George Naturally range.
Susan George, better known for her illustrious international film career, has, together with her husband, actor Simon MacCorkindale, established a world class Arabian Stud Farm, Georgian Arabians. Her lifelong passion for horses is reflected in the beautiful arabian horses she breeds which excel in the show ring, under saddle and on the racetrack. Complementary treatments are an essential part of the well being of her horses, dogs and family and Susan George retains a strong belief in caring for them all, wherever possible, “in the natural way”

We are the only company in the world who solely focus on natural parasite control in animals. It is our specialist subject and all our research funding is aimed at producing an increased number of effective Verm-X products for an increased amount of animal species.
You, our valued clients, keep us driven to remove the need to use chemicals where they may not necessary and this we do in the area of parasite control.
Verm-X was initially launched for horses back in 2002. Verm-X for horses was formed due to our love of them and our increasing concerns of the amount of chemicals being used in day to day animal maintenance and the ever increasing negative publicity chemical formulations seem to be receiving.
Verm-X formulations have been created by consulting with some of the most respected medical herbalists in the world. With their assistance and expertise we now have successful Verm-X formulations for Poultry, Dogs, Cats as well as our Horse formulations.
We are currently working on Verm-X formulations for Rabbits and Goats which we anticipate will be available by the autumn of 2006.
In November 2004 the Government supported Green Apple Awards, recognising world wide associations for Environmental Best Practice, awarded Verm-X for their success in bringing and effective natural product into a traditionally chemical and man-made market. We proudly received our award at a ceremony at the House of Lords.
Due to being an herbal formulation and therefore classified as a complementary feeding stuff for animals when purchasing Verm-X from your retailer, under current legislation, you will not be asked for any personal details.
At Woolsery all our cheeses are handmade using traditional methods and the finest fresh milk to produce a range of cheeses from soft through to hard cheeses in either goats milk or cows milk which are guaranteed to excite your taste buds. Until 2002 our source of goats milk was in Wiveliscombe.
We believe in everything being as natural as possible and no artificial additives or ingredients are used – just natural milk. The milk is handled with great care as is the cheesemaking process so as to produce premium quality consistent cheeses.

In 1999 we decided that by cutting out the middle man and selling direct from our family farm to you we could be certain that you would receive a quality product at great value.
Our family has farmed sheep here on Exmoor for over 30 years and we have always been passionate about rearing the best lamb. We strongly believe the best meat is only produced from animals that have been reared in a stress free environment and fed wholesome natural food.
Our fresh meat, whether from our own farm or from one of our neighbouring farms, comes from animals that are well cared for and reared in traditional ways under non-intensive methods.
Having produced a top quality animal we take great care in ensuring that it reaches you in excellent condition. All our produce is expertly butchered, packed and labeled before being delivered in chilled boxes, by mail order fresh, to your door.
We believe that traditional rural practice produces the best results. We want you to enjoy these good value products, knowing they have come direct from Somerset to you. We also provide cooking tips and recipe ideas with every box.
Our web site enables you to order our fresh farm meat direct from Somerset via our online farm shop

Exmoor Glass is a small glass studio based at Porlock Weir in Somerset. Here, we are lucky to be surrounded by breathtaking views of both the sea and hills. We make freeblown glass by hand. Our working methods and tools have changed little since Roman times.
All the pieces of glass that we make start life as pools of intensely hot molten liquid. Glass studios are hot and dangerous places to work, and glass is a notoriously difficult medium to work in.
It takes about 7 years to become reasonably proficient at blowing glass and much longer to attain the status of Master Glassmaker.
The most popular kind of glass that we produce today is from our Cranberry range. Different colours in glass are achieved by the addition of different metals to molten glass. Cranberry's colour comes from the addition of gold to molten glass making it particularly special and desirable to collectors.
