This gallery houses a range of high quaility work from over 40 devon based artists. Ceramics, glass, jewellery, textiles, wood, sculpture, wrought iron, furniture, paper wallhangings and cards.
Stock in Trade Textiles
Jenny Stock is a textile designer producing hand-dyed and printed fabrics in a wide range of vibrant colours and designs.
The techniques of batik and blockprinting are predominantly used to produce these highly functional fabrics suitable for soft furnishings such as blinds, curtains, duvet covers, cushions etc.
The Gallery always has a small range of fabrics in stock, however they can be ordered by the metre in any combination of colour and design.
Square Gallery - Arts and Craft Gallery - Winkleigh The Square Gallery is in the attractive and historic village of Winkleigh. It is situated in the main square along with the thatched 13th Centuary 'Kings Arms' Inn and opposite 'Pophams', one of the South West's top restaurants.
The gallery forms part of a Grade 11 listed 18th Century building, which has three inglenooks, one of which is in the gallery itself. The woodburning stove makes it a very warm welcoming place on a cold day.
Amongst work displayed are good quality paintings, ltd edition prints, sculpture, ceramics, jewellery and textiles.
